APPLICATIONS

1. Metasurfaces

Our technology enables the preparation of high aspect ratio patterns with lateral dimensions down to 50 nm and up to 2 microns high.

Solnil offers a wide range of sol-gel resins to nanoimprint optical metasurfaces with refractive index from 1.2 to 2.7 (see table below).

2. Laser Optics

High purity, large band, and wide incident angles anti-reflective coatings for laser optics with high LIDT.

Specific moth-eyes-patterned materials imprinted on flat windows or curve lenses (glass, quartz, sapphire).

Fused Silica Transmission Gratings and Microlens arrays.
